Important Information for AP Testing

Please review the following information carefully to help ensure a smooth AP testing experience for your student.

Reporting Times

• AM Exams: Students must report to their assigned testing locations in the SC building at 7:30 a.m.  Testing doors will close promptly at 8:00 a.m. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
• PM Exams: Students must report to their assigned testing locations in the Social Studies building at 11:30 a.m.  Testing doors will close promptly at 12:00 p.m. Late arrivals will not be admitted.

👉 Important: If a student arrives after testing doors have closed, they will not be allowed to test. In this case, the student will:

• Be charged a $40 AP exam fee, and
• Be required to complete a teacher‑made exam worth 20% of their course grade.

👉 Important: Students will only be permitted to reschedule to a make up exam date with medical documentation from a physician and will be looked at case-by-case. 

Parking Information

• Students without a Myers Park parking sticker may not park anywhere on campus, including the bus lot.
• Students with a Myers Park parking sticker:
  • AM exam only (standard time): May park in the bus lot and must be off campus by 1:00 p.m.
  • AM exam with extended time or a PM exam: May park in any open campus parking space, excluding the bus lot.

What Students Need to Bring

• A fully charged CMS‑issued Chromebook
• A charger (optional but strongly encouraged)
• No. 2 pencils and/or black or dark blue ink pens
• College Board username and password

👉 Please note:

• The password autofill feature is not available once the Bluebook testing app is launched.
• If a student is unable to log in, they will not be able to test and will be charged the $40 fee and must complete a teacher‑made exam worth 20% of their grade.
• Students who encounter login issues will not be eligible to test during the late testing window.

Calculators

• For exams that allow or require calculators, students may bring up to two approved calculators with the necessary capabilities.
• The Desmos built‑in calculator is also available within Bluebook for applicable exams.
