June End‑of‑Year (EOY) Final Exams – Important Information
Please review the following details to help your student prepare for the June end‑of‑year final exams.
EOC (End‑of‑Course) Assessments
Students enrolled in EOC courses — Math 1, Math 3, English II, and Biology — will take their EOC assessments during the first day(s) of the testing window.
- Students who score Not Proficient (NP) on an EOC assessment will participate in a re‑engagement opportunity and retest for that subject on June 8, June 9, or June 10.
- Families should have already received additional information about this process from the student’s EOC course teacher.

- June 4: 3rd Block Exams
- June 5: 4th Block Exams
- June 8: 2nd Block Exams
- June 9: 1st Block Exams
- June 10: Make‑Up Exams
🕧 Daily Dismissal:
All testing days will follow an early dismissal at 12:30 p.m.
Students will be provided with a “grab‑and‑go” lunch at dismissal.
🚫 No early dismissals will be permitted prior to 12:30 p.m.
