4X4 Final exams and A/B day midterms will take place January 13–21.

SCHEDULE:
 

• January 13:  Block 1 A/B Day Midterms ONLY - FULL SCHOOL DAY

• January 14:  EOC Exams and Block 1 Exams (NO Midterms) - EARLY DISMISSAL DAY

• January 15:  Block 2 Exams/Block 2 Midterms - EARLY DISMISSAL DAY

• January 16:  Block 3 Exams/Block 3 Midterms - EARLY DISMISSAL DAY

• January 20:  Block 4 Exams/Block 4 Midterms - EARLY DISMISSAL DAY

• January 21:  Make-Up Exams - EARLY DISMISSAL DAY
• January 22:  1st Day of Semester 2 - FULL SCHOOL DAY
• January 23:  Teacher Workday - NO SCHOOL FOR STUDENTS

NOTE:

• Students must bring a fully charged CMS-issued Chromebook for all exams.

• During the exam window, early dismissal is NOT permitted to maintain an orderly testing environment that ensures academic integrity, a structured testing space, inhibits misconduct, and ensure fair evaluation for all students. 

• ALL Semester 1 work for 4X4 classes and A/B day classes MUST be submitted by 11:59 PM on Wednesday, January 14.

• Students enrolled in an EOC course (Biology, English II, Math I, Math III) will take their EOC(s) on the first day(s) of the testing window (January 14-21).

• If your student’s 1st block is an A-Day/B-Day course, then the midterm will be on Tuesday, January 13.  All other midterms will be taken on the day that corresponds with their exam block during the testing window (January 14-21).  (Please see below for bell schedule on January 13.)

• January 13:  FULL DAY - Students will remain in block 1 until lunch.  Students will transition to block 4 after lunch.

• January 14-21:  PARTIAL DAY - Students will be dismissed at approximately 12:15 PM with "grab and go" lunch.  Students with A/B day classes will transition silently at 9:45 AM from their A-day class to their B-day class to complete both midterms.

• January 22:  FULL DAY & FIRST DAY OF SEMESTER 2 - Students will report to homeroom for approximately 5 to 10 minutes at the start of the day to get semester 2 schedules.  Students will transition to block 1 when an announcement is made.

• January 23 - TEACHER WORKDAY
